Our work: a cut above the rest
Dandies Chase, Leigh-on-Sea
At Dandies Chase in Leigh-on-Sea, we completed a total transformation of a 3-bedroom property, taking the outdated house down to a bare shell and turning it into a stunning, modern home. The comprehensive project began with a full interior strip-out and structural prep, followed by the installation of a brand-new electrical rewire and upgraded plumbing throughout to ensure complete reliability. We then expertly plastered every wall and ceiling, built a sleek bespoke media wall as the living area's statement centerpiece, and installed two contemporary bathrooms alongside a high-spec, functional family kitchen. Outside, we refreshed the property's exterior with new rendering, fascias, and guttering, and completed the project with professional landscaping that created a clean, polished outdoor environment matching the high-end finish inside.
Avenue Terrace, Westcliff-on-Sea
At Avenue Terrace in Westcliff-on-Sea, we carried out a sensitive and extensive transformation of a property located within a designated conservation area, carefully balancing period preservation with modern luxury. Because of the conservation status, our primary focus was protecting and meticulously restoring all of the home's original architectural features. Alongside keeping the historic character intact, we constructed a two-storey rear extension that significantly expanded the living footprint without compromising the property's traditional street aesthetic. Inside, we completed a full rip-out to install brand-new electrics, a modern heating system, a high-end kitchen, and sleek new bathrooms. The interior was then tied together with stunning herringbone flooring, blending classic heritage charm with contemporary, high-spec family living.
Lifstans Way, Southend
At Lifstan's Way, our goal was to maximize a challenging plot by completely rethinking the property's layout. We began by removing the existing garage to construct a full-length side extension, carefully configuring the floor plan to make practical use of every available square metre while incorporating a dedicated Japanese garden pocket into the side return.
The focus of the project then shifted entirely to the rear grounds, where we excavated and transformed the outdoor space to install a custom-built swimming pool. Building the pool required precision groundwork, managing complex drainage requirements, and integrating high-specification filtration and heating systems to ensure the installation is efficient, durable, and easy to maintain year-round. Surrounding the pool basin, we laid custom coping stones and detailed paving, seamlessly tying the water feature into the wider hard and soft landscaping scheme. The result is a thoughtfully proportioned, private outdoor retreat that turns a standard residential garden into a functional, highly polished leisure space.
Kent Green Close, Hockley
At Kent Green Close, we undertook a high-end, detailed residential overhaul designed around high-spec materials and integrated technology. The groundwork started with a rear extension that reconfigured the rear living space, opening it up into a continuous, bright area. Into this new layout, we wired a comprehensive smart home system, running automated lighting, climate control, and audio networks across the property from central panels.
The kitchen features bespoke, hand-crafted cabinetry paired with heavy stone waterfall worktops that frame the island, fitted out with a Quooker tap and integrated appliances. Nearby, we built a custom downstairs W/C and constructed a feature media wall in the main living space, housing concealed surround sound cabling and a recessed modern fireplace.
The outdoor pool area received an extensive refresh. We stripped out the tired finishes, completely retiled the pool basin, and rebuilt the surrounding deck area, anchoring the entire outdoor aesthetic with a warm cedarwood feature wall that screens the boundary and softens the hard landscaping.
